School of Youth Leadership is a practical program that shapes young people as leaders of influence: in the church, in serving the city, in civic initiatives, in business and organizations, as well as in the development and planting of new churches. This is a school about maturity, character, teamwork, and vision—so that young people can lead others and build healthy processes where God has placed them.
The program combines a biblical foundation, the character and maturity of a leader, team management, building vision and mission, understanding generations (Z, Alpha), and specific formats of working with youth (gatherings, small groups, discipleship, mentoring, evangelism).
Program Goal
To prepare mature young leaders and teams who are able to influence people and the environment: in the church and outside the church—in their profession, business, the civic sector, social processes, and mission.
Program Objectives
- To provide a biblical and practical foundation for youth ministry and leadership.
- To form a leader’s character and an understanding of roles and responsibilities (in practice—a “job description” of a leader).
- To teach how to build a team and manage processes (meetings, projects, budget, time, KPI), and resolve conflicts.
- To help form vision → mission → goals for ministry, projects, organizations, and teams—and to teach how to pass them on.
- To equip with skills for working with generations and ministry formats so that leadership is relevant and effective.
Program Vision
To see a generation of young leaders who do not stay within the limits of events, but carry influence: building youth ministries, raising new leaders, launching projects, serving the city, working professionally and ethically in business and society, and becoming a driving force for mission and church development.
What the Program Is Designed to Give
- Leadership that works both in the church and in real life: responsibility, discipline, mature decisions.
- The ability to build a team and a system, not to “hold everything on enthusiasm.”
- Practical management tools.
- The ability to form and sustain vision/mission/goals and communicate them to people.
- Understanding of generations (Z/Alpha), communication skills, and pastoral care.
- Strategies for influencing society.
- And many other relevant and interesting topics.
Successful leaders, ministers, teachers, and speakers with real-life experience will be involved in teaching. They will equip participants not only with knowledge, but also with practical skills and proven tools of influence—through cases, examples, assignments, and living experience of ministry and leadership.
