School of Spiritual Development

This program is designed to prepare ministers at various levels for local churches in Ukraine, countries of the European Union, and other regions of the world.

The Bible School for the Spiritual Development of a Minister is a one-year training program offered by Evangel Theological University (ETU), European Christian Academy (Warsaw, Poland) and its partners, created to form mature Christian character, theological thinking, and practical ministry skills.

Training takes place in the format of monthly Saturday sessions (1 session per month), where students receive not only knowledge but also real, hands-on ministry experience from practicing ministers.

School Mission

To equip ministers for the local church and society through biblical training, spiritual growth, and practical preparation—so that they serve with maturity, wisdom, and effectiveness in their congregations and missions.

Vision

To see in Ukraine a generation of trained ministers who:

• build strong local churches,
• train teams and leaders,
• plant new churches and launch missionary initiatives,
• influence society through ministry, education, and spiritual support.

Program Goal

To train ministers at various levels for local churches and to lay a foundation for professional ministry, including for:

• pastors and future pastors,
• small-group ministers and team leaders,
• preachers and teachers,
• evangelists and missionaries,
• ministers who sense a calling to develop new churches and new areas of ministry.

Who Teaches

Teaching is provided by successful instructors, practicing pastors, ministers, and speakers from Ukraine, as well as international lecturers, who share:

• biblical knowledge,
• practical ministry tools,
• personal experience of leadership, influence, and spiritual maturity.

Study Format

• 12 courses
• 1 session per month (Saturday)
• Class time: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Focus: spiritual development + practical ministry + theological foundation

Result of the Training

After completing the program, graduates receive a certificate from Evangel Theological University and the program partners, confirming completion of a one-year minister training program.
