GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Religious Organization “Evangel Theological University” (hereinafter — the University, ETU) is a higher theological educational institution in Ukraine, established and registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
EDRPOU Code: 21707749.
The University is a legal entity from the момент of state registration and carries out its activities in the manner determined by the legislation of Ukraine and its own Charter.
Founders of the University
The founders of the University are:
The Religious Organization “Ukrainian Pentecostal church”;
Assemblies of God USA (Assemblies of God World Missions)
(hereinafter — the Founders).
Governing Framework
In its діяльність, the University is guided by:
The Constitution of Ukraine;
The Law of Ukraine “On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations”;
The Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education”;
Other regulatory legal acts of Ukraine in the сферах of education and religious activity;
The Holy Scriptures (the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments);
Evangelical doctrine;
The University’s Charter;
The founding documents of the Founders.
Activities of the University
Within the scope of authority defined by the legislation of Ukraine and this Charter, the University provides:
training of specialists with higher theological education;
preparation of ministers and church leaders;
professional development for individuals with higher education;
implementation of educational, academic, and духовно-просвітницькі (spiritual and outreach) programs.
LEGAL STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY — HIGHER EDUCATION
Evangel Theological University operates in the organizational and legal form of a religious organization in accordance with NACE (KVED) 94.91 — “Activities of religious organizations,” which emphasizes its nonprofit, spiritual, and мисійний (mission) character.
At the same time, the University’s primary type of economic activity is:
85.42 — Higher education
The economic activity code 85.42, according to the National Classification of Economic Activities (KVED DK 009:2010), defines the provision of educational services in the field of higher education.
The presence of this code confirms the institution’s right to provide higher education at the corresponding levels (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctor of Philosophy / Doctor of Sciences) in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education,” and other нормативно-правові acts in the field of education.
The University забезпечує (provides) a full cycle of academic preparation in accordance with academic standards, implements theological and spiritually oriented учебні programs, and trains specialists in compliance with the educational requirements established by the legislation of Ukraine.
