Program Overview

The Evangelism & Missions Program at Evangel Theological University is designed to prepare modern evangelists and missionaries for effective ministry in the unique context of today’s Ukraine. In a time of war, crisis, and spiritual searching, we train men and women who are ready to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ with compassion, cultural understanding, and strategic impact.

The program is implemented in partnership with the: Department of Missions and Evangelism of the Ukrainian Pentecostal church, Assemblies of God USA World Mission, National Slavic District Assemblies of God, Korean Assemblies of God Yoido Full Gospel Church. 

What You’ll Learn

Through a one-year intensive program, you will gain:

• Effective methods for sharing the Gospel in times of war and societal crisis

• Strategies for helping local churches grow and disciple new believers

• Practical skills in social outreach as a tool for evangelism

• Ministry to children, youth, families, seniors, and individuals affected by trauma or addiction

• Tools and resources for modern evangelists and missionaries

• Understanding of today’s worldview and how to present the Gospel clearly and relevantly

• Chaplaincy ministry as a form of evangelistic outreach

Format & Location

• Duration: 1 academic year (10 months)

• Schedule: Classes meet once a month on Saturdays

• Location: Evangel Theological University
